Human Gene Set: GSE28737_WT_VS_BCL6_HET_FOLLICULAR_BCELL_UP

Standard name GSE28737_WT_VS_BCL6_HET_FOLLICULAR_BCELL_UP
Systematic name M9391
Brief description Genes up-regulated in follicular B lymphocytes: wildtype versus heterozygotic knockout of BCL6 [GeneID=604].
Full description or abstract Bcl6 germline deletion causes a prominent inflammatory disease, owing to over-expression of Th2 cytokines, and affects the properties of B cells prior to immunization. Therefore we established the B cell-specific Bcl6 deletion mice and analyze the gene expression of naive B cells under physiological conditions.
