Support questions, bug reports, feature requests, and suggestions should be posted to the igv-help group.

You do not need to be a member of the group to view the postings at igv-help.
If you wish to join the group, you can do so through the web interface if you have a Google account. If you don't have a Google account, you can join by sending an email to igv-help+subscribe@googlegroups.com with "subscribe" in the subject.

Developers who prefer to report bugs and request new features on our source code site, can add issues to our GitHub issue list.

If you need to reach the IGV team privately on other topics you can contact us directly. Please do not use this link for support questions.
