The Scripture software is an executable java jar application that can be run on any system.

Beta version 2: Can be downloaded here. This beta version contains bug fixes and support for ChIP-Seq data.

06/22/2010 A beta version is available containing some optimizations and additional tasks. Please report any bugs using the beta so we can fix it before the next official release.

05/18/2010 Updated Picard libraries to latest version. Old libraries could not parse BAM/SAM files containing header information (like those generated by TopHat).
