• GCT: Gene Cluster Text file format (*.gct)
• RES: ExpRESsion (with P and A calls) file format (*.res)
• PCL: Stanford file format (*.pcl)
• CDT: Stanford file format (*.cdt)
• Luminex CSV file (*.csv)
• RNK: Ranked list file format (*.rnk)
