The phenotype that you selected for the Phenotype labels parameter is a categorical phenotype. The metric that you selected in the Metric for ranking genes parameter is used with continuous phenotypes. Use one of the following metrics for categorical phenotypes:
- Signal2Noise (default)
- tTest
- Bhattacharyya
