You selected a categorical phenotype for the Phenotype labels parameter; however, the metric that you selected in the Metric for ranking genes parameter is used with continuous phenotypes. Select one of the following metrics for categorical phenotypes:
- Signal2Noise (default)
- tTest
- Bhattacharyya
