The phenotype that you selected for the Phenotype labels parameter is a categorical phenotype. The metric that you selected in the Metric for ranking genes parameter is used with continuous phenotypes.

The following metrics can be used with categorical phenotypes:

Signal2Noise (default)
tTest
Bhattacharyya
