Release 3.4 of the GSEA/MSigDB web site contains several updates and bug fixes, including:

  • The web site now exposes all gene set original members, in addition to the corresponding Entrez Gene IDs and gene symbols; unmapped members are indicated with a grey background and title
  • Previously, only two tiers of collections were shown on the Browse Collections page; now this page shows three tiers of collections, including the CP subcollections
  • Fixing a broken URL that caused a 404 error when trying to compute overlaps from the gene set page
  • Correcting the menu display for links on the MSigDB home page
