Let me guess: you either just made a new analysis tool yourself, or you want to run someone else's program, but you can't find it anywhere in ready-to-use dockerized form (and yes, you have already looked in Dockerhub). What do you do? Can we help?

Well, while we'd love to make all the dockers you need, we just don't have the resources to provide that kind of support. So unless it's for a very commonly requested tool, you're going to have to make a docker of it yourself. But don't worry! It's really not as hard as you might have heard. Have a look at this tutorial and let us know if that helps.
