Workshops are our most prolific (and popular) sources of presentations. Within the GATK Workshops directory, workshop slide decks are grouped and organized by date, which is written as YYMM, so for example "1702" means "February 2017". In addition to the presentation slide decks, the workshop subdirectories typically also contain additional workshop materials such as tutorial datasets, worksheets and handouts. If you're interested in learning more about our workshop formula, see this article.

You are welcome to use any slides or figures featured in these slide decks for non-profit purposes as long as you provide clear attribution of their origin and a link to this website. We can provide high-resolution files on request. If you wish to use any slides or figures in a commercial publication or other such medium, or use our tutorial materials in a course, please post a request for permission in our support forum. This is mainly for tracking interest; typically we approve all reasonable requests.
PDF versions of posters can be found here.
