IGV 2.5.0, released March 2019

IGV has been updated to work with Java 11 and the (free) OpenJDK version of Java.
There are no new features in IGV 2.5.0, but significant changes to the IGV code base were required to work with the new version of Java.

IGV 2.5.1, released April 2019

• Fixed bug: Clicking on the red Region of Interest bar did not bring up the menu.

IGV 2.5.2, released April 2019

• Fixed issue with loading indexed files from AWS signed URLs.

IGV 2.5.3, released May 2019

• Modified Windows NSIS installer to allow private installs.
• Fixed bug: Proxy passwords were stored in plain text.
