## SETTING UP YOUR SYSTEM ##
Writing start/stop script to /usr/local/bin/cromwell.server...
Writing configuration file to /etc/cromwell/cromwell.conf...

To run Cromwell you can now run:
# cromwell.server start
# cromwell submit <wdl> -i <inputs.json>
